What is the difference between 1-on-1 sessions and group Sessions?

September 21, 2021 September 22, 2021 Peter Feng

1-on-1 sessions, as the name suggests, are face-to-face conversations solely between the recruiter and a student. These sessions are high in value as they allow for intimate conversations to take place on an individual basis.

Alternatively, with a group session, the number of students permitted into the group session is set by you. This allows for a large group of students to attend a company’s group session. These sessions serve as a way for students to attend Q&As or simply just to get student’s foot in the door with companies whose 1-on-1 time slots may already be fully booked.
