To make a video chat booking with an employer, please first navigate to the virtual fair and find the booth you’d like to make a booking for. Once you’re on this page, click on the Book A Session button.
This will bring up a list of times that the employer is available.
RSVPing to a 1-on-1 Session
Click on a timeslot under the section 1-on-1 Sessions to bring up a modal, allowing you to create a booking.
If you do not see a section for 1-on-1 Sessions this means that the employer has chosen not to provide 1-on-1 Sessions this fair.
NOTE: For each individual booth, you will only be able to RSVP to a single 1-on-1 session. Each 1-on-1 RSVP will count against your RSVP limit (if your fair has a limit set).
RSVPing to a Group Session
Click on a timeslot under the section Group Sessions to bring up a modal, allowing you to create a booking.
If you do not see a section for Group Sessions this means that the employer has chosen not to provide Group Sessions this fair.
NOTE: You can RSVP to as many group sessions as you want, even with the same employer. RSVPs to group sessions do not count against your RSVP limit.
