To join a video room for a 1-on-1 session or group session, first, make sure you’re logged in. Then, navigate to the My Bookings screen.
Once on the My Bookings screen, click on a booking whose video room you’d like to join.
This will bring up a modal with the location of the video room. You can click on this link to be taken to the video room.
NOTE: The employer can choose to use either the Eventus Video Room or an external video conferencing tool. The location of the video room will depend on the employer’s configuration.
If the employer has chosen to use the Eventus Video Room then you will be placed in the lobby of the video room. When the employer is ready, they will admit you into the video room.
