We understand that things may come up unexpectedly and to account for this recruiters can cancel appointments that have already been booked. From your home page, click into the booked time slot. From there you will be able to “Cancel Reservation.” After confirming the cancelation, you will be prompted to leave a brief reason for cancellation. This is optional. However, students tend to be understanding so we recommend providing the student with a reason for the cancellation if it is not inconvenient for you.
