When you personalize your booth, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Booth Name
- Booth Description
- Booth Icon
- Contact Email
- Booth Tags
On this step, there are a handful of considerations to keep in mind to ensure that you properly set up your booth.
Booth Name
The booth name should be indicative of the organization that you will be representing. However, if you will be representing a specific department within your organization, we recommend including that in your booth name to provide context. For instance, if you are representing the IT department at Acme Corporation, then the suggested booth name would be Acme Corporation – IT.
Booth Description
For the description section, you can add any information pertinent for your organization or opportunity. Some suggestions on what to include are:
- Organization description
- Overview of opportunities
- Recruiter bios
- Websites, resources, or videos
In addition to text, you can also hyperlink things like relevant websites, videos, or job links within your booth description.
Booth Icon
The booth icon uploaded should simply be a square image. We recommend uploading a 512px by 512px image.
Contact Email
The contact email that you provide will be publicly shared with fair attendees. If you do not want to share a personal email, then we would recommend at least providing a general contact email for your organization.
Booth Tags
Booth tags are used to help fair attendees filter for the right opportunities. For instance, if you mark yourself with an “Aerospace” industry-type tag, then your booth will show up when attendees filter for “Aerospace” booths.
The picklist of tags that you will be able to select will be pre-determined by the career fair coordinator.
